Sims 3 Generations Expansion Pack Will Not Download

I just bought the Generations expansion pack through the Origin app and it will not download. Every other expansion pack has downloaded without any issues, but when I try to download Generations I receive this error code. I have tried resetting Origin, restarting my computer, and re-launching the app several times. Please heeeeelp.

@Rachill123 We have been able to reproduce this issue internally, and we are investigating it further.

Thank you, but I just tried to download it again and I am receiving the same error message as before

@Rachill123 Just to double check, did you restart your computer since yesterday? If you have could you please enable 'Safe Mode Downloading' in Preferences - Advanced ( Origin menu in top left corner of the client) and then try the download?
