SIMS 3 GENERATIONS NOT INSTALLED ON GAME LAUNCHER

My sims 3 generations is installed on my Origin account but is not showing in my Sims 3 game launcher. I have uninstalled the games twice and have also tried to get in contact with EA themselves but they are being no help at all. Attached is 2 printscreens of the problem.

    I got mine online and i used i once but now it won't show up

    @0mb3lla  Depending on where you bought the EP, this may be just a glitch with Origin, or it may be that EA deliberately disabled your pack. If you bought the EP from Origin or an authorized third-party seller, Origin or the launcher could be acting up.  You can try rebooting your computer a couple of times, clearing Origin's cache, or even uninstalling and reinstalling Origin itself.  (This wouldn't affect your games.)

    If you bought your code from an unauthorized seller, EA could have deliberately deactivated it.  Thousands of codes were originally stolen from EA in one way or another, and in the past year, the company has been systematically revoking access to the corresponding packs.  Even if the player hasn't done anything wrong (which may well be the case, as these codes often change hands a number of times), if EA determines it was never paid for a pack, it will deny access to that pack.  The only way to find out if this is the case is to contact EA customer support and ask someone to look at your account.
