It didn't helped me. i didn't played sims 3, because it not worked. and i can't start it launcer doesn't open. I started now reinstall it again, but it's still same. I starting to think that i will not play sims 3 anymore, because i just can't fix that problem.. but i still wish that i will fix it.
Ah sorry, I thought it was working before.
Really unsure what could be causing it besides your low specs, especially if the launcher is crashing in the first place.
Did you patch your game to 1,67 with the super patch ?

Choose the super patch.
Apply it over everything even if it says you already have it and see if that helps matters.
I installed patch, it's still not working, saying the same..
but i have no imagine why it's not working. last week it worked with 3 expansion packs, after i installed ne more it started not working. So i reinstalled all game, and now Sims 3 not working ;/
Not sure if we covered this but did you buy the base game before or after september 2012 ?
Maybe bypassing the launcher would be an idea but that only works with the old version (base game pre september 2012)

Stll the same. I don't know, maybe i should try install and play sims 2. Because i think i will not fix that sims 3 problem
So it still crashes right away but it does start without the launcher, right ?
Maybe you have more luck with Sims 2.
Do you have Origin installed at all ? If so, what happens if you uninstall that ?
Well i just had a same problem just with Sims 2. But i just fixed it when i open TS2.exe not launcher. But with Sims 3 it's not working.

Well i tryed run again not launcher but .exe. And i have other problem. It says "The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\d3dx9_31.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette."
Did you overwrite that dll or something ?

It works. But im talking about, that then i trying go Sims 3 .exe it says that error.
Really not sure why that DLL suddenly gives you an error like that.

Yes i reinstalled. I don't understand too, because i run Sims 2.exe and it's runs perfect, but Sims 3.exe not works, and says that error.. :/
It's possible that Sims 2 doesn't use that dll.

It's ok, i fixed Sims 3 ^^ but i have other little problem, when i play sims 3 after ~30-40 mins. Sims 3 freezes, and turning off. Maybe somehow it's impossible to fix?
