Sims 3 Hidden Springs code invalid

I have the physical copy of the Sims 3 Hidden Springs expansion pack that i bought back in 2011 when it was released. I wanted to get all of my old Sims 3 games on my new computer in the  EA app and I managed to get all of them by redeeming the codes that came with the physical copies of the games except Hidden Springs. The EA app says that the product code is not valid. I contacted the EA customer support but they couldn't help me and recommended that I post on this forum. The customer service person said that this is a common problem and EA is supposedly working on it. Anyone experience the same lately and did you get the problem resolved?

    @kkikkikakka  Try signing into the Sims 3 Store site with your EA email and password.  Open Store > My Store Account > Purchase History and look for Hidden Springs there.  If you originally registered the world, even before Origin existed, it should still show up on your account.

    Please also check the world's product page in case you can only download it from there, which happens sometimes.
