@taliadpowell NRaas mods should be fine. Have you installed a fixed version of Bridgeport, or is this the default EA version?
As a test, please load a new save in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Don't add anything to it yet; just start a new save in Bridgeport and see what the apartments look like.
If they have the same issue, please let me know what game version you have; it will be listed in the lower left corner of the launcher.
I have not installed a fixed version of Bridgeport , I just have the EA one but I took the folder out and now the apartment buildings look fine.
Would it make a difference if I am playing in a custom sims 3 world or should the apartments still work fine ?

@taliadpowell A custom world could definitely have an issue with apartment shells, but I don't really know enough about building to tell you why or what to do about it. It's possible that you'd need to rebuild the apartment buildings yourself; it also might be enough to place new shells. If there is a fix or workaround, you might find comments about it on the download page for one of the affected custom worlds.
