Sims 3 Installing Store content and Downloads

Question

Hello all,Recently I upgraded from Origin to the new EA crAPP and all of a sudden my sims 3 launcher will not install store content or downloads from mod the sims, ATS3 etc. Is anyone else having this issue? Have you found a workaround/solution for it?Image attached: This is all my launcher will do, just sits like this for hours.Any help would be appreciated :)

Hi!I am having the same issue of the launcher not allowing content to be installed. However, I am not using the EA App and have never had Origin on my machine. I am on a full disc install patched to v1.67. I play offline and install content in offline mode, so theoretically I shouldn't be having any issues with the game at all, but I am.  Also, none of my back-ups now work! I don't know what EA has done to the launcher, but they have done something which does not need to be connected to the internet in order to take effect.
