Sims 3 Into the Future Keeps Crashing to Desktop

Thanks for the help, it has been a lot better. But it is still however freezing within 30 minutes of playing. Just to let you know, I have the following expansion packs: the base game, sims 3 pets, sims 3 university life, sims 3 island paradise, sims 3 world adventures and sims 3 into the future with I have recently installed. I'm sorry for taking up your time, I'm not sure if you can do anything else? Thanks

Turn off memories, maybe start a new game. You can save your Sims to the bin and then start a new game with them.

    I have turned off memories, turned down the graphics and moved the custom content folder to my documents. But It is still crashing and is making me quite worried! I don't know if there is much else I can do?

    I don't have any other suggestions.

    You can post over at thesims3.com in the tech section. Maybe someone else has an idea there.
