Sims 3 Island Paradise isn't showing up in Order History
I ordered Sims 3 Island Paradise last night. Within a half hour of getting my payment authorization email, I got emails from EA saying that it didn't go through because of a payment failure (I tried twice last night to order it and the first time I put in the wrong information). The order number I was given for the authorization did not match up with the payment failure ones so I didn't think anything of it.
I woke up this morning to check and see if my game was available for download yet and it still isn't. Now, I understand that it can take up to 48 hours to process, however, nothing is showing up in my Order History.
I check my bank account to make sure that the money was taken out and sure enough, it has been. I have been looking forward to this game but I'm getting so sick of EA/Origin making the direct downloads a pain and hassle.
So do I have to keep playing the waiting game or do I need to make a claim against EA/Origin for taking my money but not giving me what I paid for?
