Sims 3 Island Paradise Mermaid
I'm not able to create a mermaid in the Sims 3 Island Paradise. I've went to create household/create sim/everyday clothes/bottoms but I do not have the tail as an option. Help please.

you can not create a mermaid in CAS your sim has to become a mermaid either by befriending a mermaid and getting some mermadic kelp and eat it or use the lifetime rewards to buy the mermadic kelp for 25,000 then use the mirror to change the color of the scales
once your sims is a mer then click on a dresser plan outfit
