To Whom it may concern, I pre-ordered The Sims 3 Island Paradise on Origion but did not recieve a code for Barnacle Bay nor did the world load automatically with the game. I would apreciate if this error could be rectified. thank you.
i'M HAVING SAME PROBLEM ALSO MY GAME WON'T REGISTER EVEN THOUGH MY EMAIL SAID IT WOULD AUTOMATICALLY AND I WAS LINKED TO MY ORIGIN ACCOUNT. tHE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME WITH SHOWTIME AND UNIVERSITY LIFE. THEY ARE STILL NOT REGISTERED. PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!! I CAN'T EVER SEEM TO GET HELP OR REACH ANYONE NO MATTER WHICH WAY I TRY.
@ kellim66 try contact CS as they are the only ones who can look at your account and hopefully fix your issue for you for you

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

I pre-order Island Paradise 2 months ago and even as of toady i still have not goten ans email for a redemption code for barnacle bay, Can some one please help.

i didnt get the barnacle bay code either and i pre ordered it yesterday is that y i didnt get it ?
nikki3168 that should still count i'm not 100 % sure though and as has been posted the barnacle bay codes will be emailed later within 48 hours
