hi there barnacle bay and monte vista are worlds they will not be in your origin my games tab as they are not expansion packs or stuff packs  you should be sent codes fo rto redeem those worlds in your the sims 3 account  click on this link it has instructions on how to redeem your world codes in your the sims 3 account  then downlaod your worlds from your the sims 3 purchase history and install them

IF you have bought a digital download of an expansion pack or stuff pack then if you have origin downloaded to your computer  you need to log into your orign account from the desktop with your email and password then see the game icon in your my games tab right click the game icon for your code have pen and paper handy also you download your digital version of the game in origin right click th game icon download
