SIMS 3 ISSUES! LETS SORT THIS OUT!!

Now I have seen SO SO many people have issues with sims 3 on mac, or just in general, and now I am one of them!

Purchased Sims 3 starter pack ( Sims 3 base + late night & high loft stuff ) and installed the base and high loft, played a few times and it was fine! BUT when  I downloaded the late night pack, it all went downhill.

Game would not launch, would come up with debug error, would ask to update then quit out.

WE HAVE ALL PAID HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS CR*P !! 

Lets get some anger out so EA will REFUND us and get these issues sorted ASAP!

What an absolute scam.

    hope this helps you http://eahelp.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ 1. click on the blue link 2.choose your product in the search menu after that click on next 3 select your platform pc, android , wii...etc click next 4 choose topic in the search menu for example code then in the menu that apperars under that type in something about the issue for example regestration code click next 5 click the orange live chat to chat with an advisor

    Well, I do hope you get help from these so called advisors.  I am still not able to use my Sims account, I cant purchase anything, other than Sim Points from Origin, and now I cannot even get into my account page.  I tried to speak to someone about it on Sunday and they introduced themselves and gave me a very curt answer, the same one as usual - 'Its been passed to our specialised team' - and I still had things I wished to say but I was just ignored.  I had no more replies from this guy I must have tried to get him to speak to me for about 1/4 of and hour, but nothing so I ended the chat.  I have had no emails from them and OK I can still play the games but the fact that I cant get into my account to see my badges or any messages and get into my account details to check what account details they have is totally unacceptable.

    I have found that a number of the advisors are very good, but after all the problems I have had, being ignored as I was on Sunday was just about the straw that broke the camels back!!!!
