Sims 3 keeps crashing!!

Question

I recently installed Sims 3 and the Sims 3 University expansion pack. My game keeps crashing and freezing randomly. I have dxdiag report but i don't know what it means or how to fix it. Please help,thank you so so much! ( I can't post my dxdiag in this note cause it exceeds 20,000 characters so i'll attach it)
