sims 3 keeps crashing

i don’t feel like this is a solid issue with any of my hardware, it just recently started happening in my save. but it only crashes when i load into a specific lot. like if i end up going to the beach the game freezes and crashes, i don’t know if the save is corrupted or anything cause it doesn’t happen in any other save. but i did try to take out all my mods and see if that fixes something. it did, the game didn’t crash but then i put my mods back in one by one and the game still crashed after that. i don’t know if it’s something in the mods folder causing this that isn’t mods specifically

    @4m3lij4  Which mod or mods cause the game to crash again?  You say you put them back in one by one, but not when the crashing returned.

    Please also list the mods you've installed.  You can write them out or post a screenshot of the folder contents in a File Explorer window.

    It would definitely be a mod then if it was fixed when you removed the folder and it worked. Try again and see what it could be. 

    What I usually do when I have issues like this is remove any mod that could be associated with the issue I am having and see if it works. For example if I am having issues in CAS I would remove any mod that affects CAS and then add them back in one by one to see which one is the actual cause. This isn't 100% fool proof but has worked for me everytime so far.
