Did you have an EA Play subscription in the past that has expired? If you did and were accessing the Late Night pack through it, then the subscription expiring would have removed your access to the pack. It'd be worth combing through your order history to see how you got the pack.
If you did purchase the Late Night pack separately rather than through EA Play, you'll want to reach out to live support. They'll have the right tools to look into this with you.
