@sh09rugby The 12th-gen processor probably is the issue, and in that case, you'll need one of the workarounds listed in the accepted solution of this thread:
If you want to make sure that's the issue, use the Task Manager method, which is both the most reliable and requires the least amount of intervention.
If that is not in fact the issue, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
