Sims 3 Lucky Palms won't download

Sims 3 worlds are downloaded and installed through your launcher. You can find everything you ever bought at the Store in your thesims3.com purchase history: https://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html

To download it from there, the browser needs to know which program is associated with sims3packs. In most cases this is done automatically but it does depend on the browser you're using if it works correctly. FIrefox and Internet Explorer usually work best.

Also, with the newest patch, the launcher  does not seem to start automatically anymore. All that starts is Origin so it's best to open the launcher before hitting download. 

1. Make sure your game is patched to at least 1.63
2. Start and login to Origin
3. Hit Play on Origin
4. Open your purchase history with IE or Firefox
5. Hit download on Lucky Palms
6. Wait until the content as downloaded to your computer
7. The world should then show in your downloads tab on the launcher. Install it from there.
