Sims 3 mods aren't working.
I have done all the instructions I've been told to do, still won't work. I'm very unclear on what I'm doing wrong.

Update: the mods with the sims 3 pack logos are working, but the .package mods aren't.
@iibqsicamira Any .Sims3Pack, for example the first file in your first screenshot, needs to be in ... The Sims 3 > Downloads, not in Packages. For the files in Packages, please delete scriptCache.package, in the main Sims 3 folder, and start again.
I also notice that your Documents folder is in OneDrive. This could be the issue if Sims 3 is using a different Documents folder, so please check the timestamp on DeviceConfig directly in the Sims 3 folder. Its modified date should exactly match the last time you launched the game. If it doesn't, you have another Sims 3 folder somewhere that the game is using instead of this one.
Please also let me know if you'd like to get rid of OneDrive or at least stop it from syncing your Sims 3 data.
