Sims 3 Monte Vista Serial error???

i had to reinstall my sims and when i try to install monte vista again it says that i cant because the code already been used so how can i do it ?

3. Once logged in, click on the 'downloads' button on the left.

4. You should now see that Monte_Vista is displaying with a check box to the left.

5. Select the checkbox and then click "install" at the bottom of the page.

 

This should get you up and running.
