Heyy all,
I recently bought The Sims 3 Monte Vista off the Sims 3 site. It was part of a deal where you got sim points as well.
I was charged for it and got my receipt send to my email.
However, that was the only email I got. I never got one with my product code, so I can't install it.
And even if I did, it doesn't show up in my origin.
Anyone know what to do?

You should be able to download Monte Vista from there 🙂
monte vista is a store e item and will not be in your origin my game stab nor will there be a shortcut icon or launche ricon fo rit the world once downloaded and installed will be in the main menu + new game to select the world to play in you will still play from whatever game you normally play with
as the other poster posted if you bought the world on your the sims 3account'it'll be in your the sims 3 account-my store account-purchase history the simpoints are added automatically
