Sims 3 Moving Sims
How do you move a family out of one house to another? I read the tutorial but the screen it shows I cannot find in my game. I want to move my family to a bigger house, and if I evict them first, they loose all their money and then can't afford the new house.
Clear directions to do this would be greatly appreciated!

when in game have any Sim in your house use the Sim phone or PC select the travel/real estate option select move select within this neighborhood keeps you in the same town if you select new town that will move you to any world of your choice you own
then a two pane panel will open the Sim who made the call will be in the right side of the pane the others in the left side select one on the left move him/over to the right the same for any Sims in the panel also make sure at that point the pack furniture bottom left of the panel is ticked on if you want all the house stuff to go with you
then in the right side of the panel select house this will take you to map view select a house you want the Sims to move too click on the lot you now want to move too a window should pop up asking to cancel or ok select ok once you click ok it goes back to the double panel tick the tick accept another window pops up to go back or accept tick accept and off your Sims move into the new house once the move is complete a notice will appear in the top right of the screen that your furniture can be found in the family inventory the move is done at that point
with eviction any Sim or the whole household the monies to go back to what Sims start off because technically your starting over again or if i move one Sim out to his/her own home all they will get and move out with is the 16,000ish
Note 1 before you move houses if already in game playing save your game the use the save as option give the save a new name if something goes wrong you have your original and can try again
