Sims 3 not launching on Windows 11

I know there's probably several of these topics by now but I'm at my wits end with this.  I just got this laptop less than a week ago and have finally managed to get Sims Medieval to open but Sims 3 ...

It's working now.  Now I just have to get the rest of my content reloaded to my computer then I'll be ready to play.  Thank you again.
