Sims 3 Not Opening
I’m using an up to date Hp Elitebook using Ryzen 7 and I’m not able to open the sims 3 is there anyone that knows how to deal with this issue I’ve talked to support and they weren’t able to help

CosmoKay Do you see an error when you try to open the game? If so, please post a screenshot.
Either way, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
