Sims 3 not working
I have just started playing the sims on computer but the sims 3 doesn't work. It won't even let me log in to my EA account.

jordyou23 If you're using a VPN, please disable it.
Otherwise, does your password contain special characters? If so, please change it to something with only letters and numbers. Either way, please delete the file labeled [your email].bin in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads. Please also clear Edge's Internet Explorer-mode data, as described towards the end of this article:
