Sims 3 on MacBook Air
Hi there, I am trying to figure out if the Sims 3 would run on my MacBook air but I don't really understand the requirements as i am bad with computers. Could someone explain it to me?

I have now installed the Sims 3 and requested the 64-bit version which was granted by customer service. It somewhat works but it lags a lot. Is this normal or does this have something to do with compatibility?
@loetje19 Your laptop should be able to run Sims 3 on ultra graphics settings, or close. But the 64-bit Mac version does stutter a lot, even on high-end systems. Is that what you mean by lag, or is it something else? Are you playing with your laptop on a hard flat surface like a desk or table, or is it sitting on something soft (like a blanket) that could be interfering with its ability to cool itself? And what world are you playing in at the moment? If not Sunset Valley, please test there too.
