sims 3 on macOS m1
Hello,
I'd like to install sims 3 on my macOS with M1 processor. Orgin says it's only for windows. Assume game was compiled to non ARM processor and that's what make the problem. Can I somehow force it to run?

@Irnin Sims 3 runs fine on ARM Macs thanks to the Rosetta 2 translation layer. The problem is that the 64-bit version uses a different set of entitlements, as they're called, and while they were supposed to be added automatically for anyone who owns the original version, that doesn't always happen. Your account could only have the original set of entitlements, which is a problem for EA customer support to solve. Please see (and possibly link to the support rep) the accepted solution of this thread:
I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
Once you have the 64-bit entitlements on your account, you'll be able to install and run Sims 3 without doing anything special, other than possibly installing Rosetta 2 if you haven't needed it before now.
