Sims 3 Origin transfer to EA not transferring expansions

Hey!

I bought Sims 3 ways back. The disks were Sims 3, Sims 3 Nightlife, and Sims 3 High-End Loft stuff. Registred it on Origin and played.

From then to now I stopped playing as my Laptop got stolen and when I got a new one Is just didn't play Sims 3 again.

Recently I wanted to start playing again and then the whole Origin transfer to EA game launcher happened.

Now the problem is, It picks up my Sims 3 base game but, not the 2 expansions. I have tried to type in the Codes on the website on my account, but it says the code is invalid.

How do I fix it?

    @wilmine   Is your computer a pc or mac? You may be able to track it. This depends on how the computer is being used. Have you talked to an EA game consultant? Are you now using a new EA account? Activation codes will only be accepted one time to the account in use at that time. You really need to talk to an EA game consultant because user accounts can NOT be accessed in these forums.

    Hi @wilmine,

    It sounds like you're currently logging into a different EA account than the account you had originally registered these expansions to- codes can only be redeemed once, you won't be able to redeem them a second time on a different account. You'd need to try and locate the other EA account these codes were originally registered to and login to the EA app using those account details to access and play your expansions again.

    If you need help locating those original login details, that's something the live support team can look into with you as we don't have access to your account details here on AHQ. You can submit a help request on the site here and provide your game codes to live support so they can locate your older account and help you get logged in again.

    Hey, thank you so much.  It's a PC. I don't know where or how to get directly in contact with a consultant. It's all this have you tried this or that or a forum or "quick help" section on their website? If you have a direct email that would be amazing. And it is not that I have used a different account. It's the account from back then.

    @wilmine 

    On the help site, please select EA app as your product, then Manage My Account-> I need help logging into my account and you should see the current available contact options for live support.
