Sims 3 packs are missing from sims 3 launcher but are installed on the EA app

Hello, I have a problem where I got a new PC, and then I installed the EA app and started to download my sims 3 games. My Sims 3 base game and expansion packs downloaded successfully, but when I open the sims 3 launcher 4 of my expansion packs are not there, even though they are installed on the EA App. All the expansion packs are also in the game files, but 4 of them are simply not in my game.. It's about the following expansions The sims 3 into the future, the sims 3 seasons, the sims 3 Katy perry sweet treats, and the sims 3 World Adventures. Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried to contact EA support 5-6 times but there was never a solution... I already tried, deleting the game, deleting the EA App, clearing cashes in the EA App and so on.. I really don't know what to do.

    Thanks so much, we took a look at this and I believe you should be good to go now.

    One quick note is that you won't have access to Katy Perry's Sweet Treats as we no longer have the capability to access that addon as the licensing rights expired several years ago.

    i also have this problem. i have purchase the pack yesterday and i also had several problems with instaling it in ea. but when i finally get it i can npt find it in my game and when i click on "packs missing install" it just takes me back to ea app and nothing else happends.

    @smudielko  The "install packs" button is not for making already-installed packs appear in the launcher, which should happen automatically; it's for packs that aren't actually installed at all.  The idea is to take you back to your game library so you can download the rest of your owned packs.  But that doesn't apply when the packs have been downloaded and are simply not appearing.

    As stated earlier in this thread, when a pack is installed but doesn't show in the launcher, it's usually because the associated code has been revoked.  That, in turn, can happen because the code was originally stolen or because of other account issues, whether they're the end user's fault or not.  So the only way to address it is to contact EA customer support and ask what happened to your packs.

    If you don't get anywhere with support, please let me know, and also list the packs that don't show up in the launcher.

    Can I get help with the same issue?

    I have not been able to use any games that I bought through the EA online store through the app. All games that I bought through discs that were downloaded to my hard drive currently work.

    @usalisab  Which packs are missing?  Are they installed in the EA App but not showing in the launcher, or can you not even install them?
