i also have this problem. i have purchase the pack yesterday and i also had several problems with instaling it in ea. but when i finally get it i can npt find it in my game and when i click on "packs missing install" it just takes me back to ea app and nothing else happends.
@smudielko The "install packs" button is not for making already-installed packs appear in the launcher, which should happen automatically; it's for packs that aren't actually installed at all. The idea is to take you back to your game library so you can download the rest of your owned packs. But that doesn't apply when the packs have been downloaded and are simply not appearing.
As stated earlier in this thread, when a pack is installed but doesn't show in the launcher, it's usually because the associated code has been revoked. That, in turn, can happen because the code was originally stolen or because of other account issues, whether they're the end user's fault or not. So the only way to address it is to contact EA customer support and ask what happened to your packs.
If you don't get anywhere with support, please let me know, and also list the packs that don't show up in the launcher.
