Sims 3 packs "owned" in the EA app and game files, not showing up in launcher

Have been experiencing this issue for several weeks now, and was told to post here by EA customer support.

Basically, what's happening is that the EA app, as well and the game files on my computer, are showing that I own & have installed several packs.
However, the game launcher does not recognize any of them.
The issue still persists if I run the game from the store page of one of the owned & installed packs.

Solutions tried so far:

  • Repaired the game & packs many times;
  • Reinstalled the game & packs many times;
  • Uninstalled the game & packs and installed everything one-by-one afterwards;
  • Reinstalled EA app;
  • Cleared cache;
  • Updated VC++.

    Heya liatez 

    It sounds like your DLC will need to be manually re-added to your EA account. I'm afraid this isn't something we can do for you over the forums as we don't have access to your account details, but live support can take another look with you and be sure all your entitlements for your DLC are available. 

    Please submit a new help request so live support can take another look with you- I'd also recommend attaching this forum conversation when you reach out so the team does have further info to reference.
