I have literally tried everything. I have talked to 5 ea reps. I have used revo to do a full uninstall of ea app and the sims 3. Revo deletes all traces of a game or app when uninstalling. i cleared the cache in edge. I've asked the reps to check the keys they said they are good so i don't know what else to do
i forgot to put that my other packs show up in the launcher just fine

would be a good solution but ea chat support is never available. pretty crappy support from ea
