Sims 3 pets code purchased from amazon.com not accepted in Origin
Dear Sirs,
having two accounts on origin for my two daughters ([edit: email address removed], 10 sims packages purchased including sims 3 base game, and [edit: email address removed], 9 sims packages purchased including sims 3 base game), I have purchased a sims 3 pets code at amazon.com. When I started to redeem the code within Origin, my request was denied. Even my final try to register the pets extension pack within mypage.thesims3.com was unsuccessful. I am, after many many trials, very frustrated. Together with 2 Sims mediaval licenses and countless EA titles purchased for our iPhones, iPad and iPod, I feel abandoned, if not like a cash cow. I can show you our legal proof of purchases without a gap at serious partners like amazon. etc.
I tried successfully to download the sims 3 pets game from amazon, but still cannot integrate this extension pack into the origin program. Could you please help?
