I've lost my disk for Sims 3 Pets and I've tried to re-download it from the 'Redeem You Serial Code' thing and it says its already in use/been used.
Please help I really want my game back because I sent my pc off to repair and left the disk in it and they took it.

You should be able to download everything from the Origin client, so download from there and log into your EA account and all of your purchased games should be there.
ORIGIN Client software Origin Client for PC.
Log in the client, if you've registered the games at thesims3.com, the games should already be availble for download.
If you didn't, you should be able to redeem the codes.

You can not use the code 2 times just log in whit your account on where you registered your game go to "my games " section of origin press your game icon and press download when it is finished then install it update it and you are all set to go if you have any problems or can not access that account then
