Sims 3 pets glitch fully black animals

My games animals in CAS are fully black with only colored eyes and collars and saddles/bristles. And when I play with the animals to see if they will work in game they are still none working. Also 2n...

      @amandarace12233 The easiest way is to attach the file in the lower right click browse and select DxDiag.txt - click open. Enter some txt in the box and click submit.
