Mine aren't black but they have weird spikes coming out of them, EWW! I don't care because I think it will be okay when I get the new computer at the end of the month. Until then, I don't really want to play pets while it looks like that.
@kleineweber1 Could you please post your DxDiag as well? May be we can see something you can fix now 🙂

Hi, EA Kristi, I have an open ticket with Origin because I haven't been able to install or run Origin since the update on 9-13-2016. It's a moot point with the pets anyway since I am getting a new computer soon and I think that will solve all my issues going forward.

Could anyone help me I got a new laptop for Christmas and all my pets are black ☹️ I tried running my sims without any custom content and they were still black and then i played around with the graphics and nothing helped! Can someone please help me?
