Sims 3 problem, can't see household, can't edit town

I have searched through internet, but I can't find the answer, please help. The game worked perfectly yesterday, but today when it loads and opens my house I can't see my sims, I can't change floors,...

@puzzlezaddict  it says when I enter serial number "We were unable to find drivers for your product."

@Meli_ZG  Did you try manually selecting your OS?  You have Windows 10 buiild 1909.
