Sims 3 problem, can't see household, can't edit town

I have searched through internet, but I can't find the answer, please help. The game worked perfectly yesterday, but today when it loads and opens my house I can't see my sims, I can't change floors,...

@Meli_ZG I meant, when you go to this page:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/laptops

and enter your laptop's serial number, and it says it can't find drivers for your model, please try manually selecting your operating system: Windows 10, and build 1909 if it asks.
