Sims 3 Product code only showing up for expansions.

Hi, I only have one product code for two games. A couple of years ago I bought the disk for Sims 3. I also bought the expansion World Adventures. I just recently tried to play it again by downloadin...

Thanks. I have been trying to reach them but they have not been responding to my requests. Oh well, guess I'll keep trying.

if it's taking to long to connect to live chat try clear the internet cache and switching your browsers  if on opera.safari chrome try switching to IE or Firefox
