Sims 3 Redemption Codes not Working

My Sims 3 games codes cannot be redeemed despite never being used. I have owned these games for over a decade and no one has used the codes. I already have several other expansions linked to my account but not all of them (because back in the day you didn't need to do that to play) and I definitely had them all installed on my childhood computer. However, they do not appear in my EA library and will not allow me to register to the code to my account, saying that it has already been redeemed despite me being the sole owner of the copies. I only had one email when I was a kid and it is the same one that my account is registered to now, so no I did not register it to an old account. I don't know what to do because the games are my treasures but I can no longer play with some of my favorite expansions, such as pets and generations. Please help.

  • @Lynn_Silver  You'll need to contact EA customer support for help.  Take a photo for each pack showing the disc, its case, and the product code (clearly readable), and upload these when you submit the help request.  I strongly recommend live chat rather than email, both for the quick response time and the ability to explain the issue again when the support rep doesn't understand.  If you don't see the option for live chat, change the location in your browser window to U.S. or U.K., or choose a slightly different category of issue.

    The other option is to install Sims 3 via disc.  You'll need a base game disc manufactured before September 2012—the newer ones require Origin, now the EA App—and disc copies of all the packs you want to use.  Let me know if you'd like help with the process.
