Sims 3 Roaring Heights World Issues
02/05/25 - I purchased Sims 3, alongside 2 Add-Ons, Roaring Heights and Campus Life. However, when I finally installed everything, including redeeming my world code via https://store.thesims3.com , the download would fail in the Sims 3 app, crashing the game on every occasion.
EA Help - Chat, advised that as the world still isn't appearing I would need to complete a full refund, of which I did. Once this refund had been processed 06/05/25.
I re-purchased Sims 3, 08/05/25, this time limiting my Add-On purchase to Roaring Heights, however, Roaring Heights still appears in my purchase history (02/05/25) therefore, every attempt at re-purchasing the pack fails.
As a test, I attempted to download the old pack via purchase history to Sims 3 but the app generates an error code and I am back to square one.
Throughout this process, EA Help Chat has been no help whatsoever, I would really appreciate a more informed opinion or solution as the only reason I have purchased Sims 3 is to play Roaring Heights.
