Sims 3 saved games can't be loaded.
My computer Sims 3 saves are greyed out and I can't load my saved games. I get a message that says "may have been saved with expansion pack data that is no longer present on this system". I have been playing Sims 3 on this computer with the same EPs, GPs, etc for years. Suddenly, my save games are greyed out for no apparent reason.
Not sure if it's all inclusive, but i can't start a new game with the towns from the Late Night and Showtime EPs which I've had installed on my computer for years. A lot of my other towns are present. Also my hours played has reset for some unknown reason and has started over. What has happened and how do I fix this? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It sounds like you only have the Mac 64-bit versions of these packs on your account- we'll need live support to review your entitlements for these packs and be sure you have the correct versions added.
Please contact live support from the help site here so they can take a look with you. I'd also recommend you attach this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so live support has further information to reference.
