lbpurple When in the loading process does the screen freeze? If you've already loaded the save when it happens, does a new save work better?
Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Hey, sorry for the late reply back and thanks for replying, it happens when I load the game. As soon as it opens its frozen on where you would pick which save file you want to play.
