Sims 3 Seasons missing

I had Seasons installed on my old computer along with other content that came with the origin pre-order. I've reinstalled everything else onto my new computer, even the exclusive content but I can't find the actual Seasons expansion pack anywhere - not even in my purchase history with the content that came with it.

    @Scarletness I don't see Season ever having been linked to the account you sued to log in here. Is it possible that you purchased it or redeemed the code for it under a different account?

    I don't think I could have used another account, seeing as the extras that came with it are on this account and I don't remember having any other account before this one.

    I just checked it and Seasons isn't listed there, just like it isn't in the purchases any more

    Then you will need to contact a game advisor
