Sims 3 seasons
In Sims 3 seasons my Sims wants to buy Christmas lights to hang up because it is winter. But I can't find any so where would I buy Christmas lights? Also can I buy a Christmas tree and presents to go under it?

To put up Christmas Lights, you need to click on the front door of your house and there you have the option to do so.
The game itself does not have a christmas tree but there's on in the Store (free): http://store.thesims3.com/setsProductDetails.html?productId=OFB-SIM3:24476
It's just a light though. You can't put presents under. You can hold gift giving parties (option in parties).
