Sims 3 Showtime & University Life glitch

I havve two peoblems however im going to start with the showtime problem i have with

So, my singer had a gig tonight and when she went to the stage, like always it asks you if you want a custom stage or the venue stage, i hit the venue stage (cause im poor), when she went to change the venue, she does the animation that it looks like she is putting the stage up but then she resets immediately, then i thought maybe she glitched out bc i clicked the venue set up, then i click create a custom stage and cheap things in there. then when i was done i clicked done and then it happened again. Then i looked in her inventory and she had the front stage kit, i tried to sell it but i couldn't, i tried to place it but i couldn't. Is the front stage kit making this glitch happen? What can i do?

I also have another problem but is with university Life,

So the term just ended and like always you leave at 8 pm on the saturday, well they left uni and then the loading screen but then the loading screen doesnt load at all and then it goes back to university but my sims are not there and i cant controll anything, i can just sit there and watch the days go by... what is the reason to this glitch? How can i go back home?
