you can't use the codes on a new account they are tied to your original account
For Origin
IF you registered your games at the time you used them You don't need to re-register again. Simply login with your Origin account from the desktop shortcut of origin the origin you download with the email and password you use for your account my games tab right click the game icon download If it's not there anymore, contact a game adviser

and if your waiting to connect to support and it says X amount of wait time but doesn't connect try clear the internet cache and or switching browsers if using safari,opera or chrome try IE or Firefox
