Sims 3 Starter Pack missing starter packs

I purchased the Sims 3 starter pack on the EA App using my Xbox Game Pass which includes EA Play, and I noticed that when I downloaded the Sims 3 that I was missing the packs that come with the start...

    @theangrybicycle  Unfortunately, I don't think there's anything you can do about this issue.  The EA App still doesn't have all the content from older games, and while it will hopefully be added at some point, when that will happen is anyone's guess.  Origin does sometimes allow people to download the content they should be getting with GamePass, so you can try searching Origin for Late Night or High-End Loft Stuff directly and see if you get a Download button.  Other than that, I don't have anything to offer, sorry.

    I'll point this issue out to EA people (again); just don't hold your breath that anything will change in the near future.

    And no, of course it's not your computer's fault.
