Sims 3 Store Complete Set Discounts Not Applied

Hello,

I recently purchased several items from the Sims 3 Store. I noticed that discounts for "complete your set" and other sale discounts  may have not perfectly applied to recent purchases, even though it indicated such on the store website. May this issue be resolved please by providing me that chunk of Sims charged points back to my account?

  • @jeffbdede  Please list the items you bought, the expected CYS-discount prices, and the actual prices you paid.  You can post screenshots if it's easier; the Purchase History page shows how much you paid for each purchase in actual points, not its sticker price.

    Additionally, are you saying you paid more in points than the price you saw on the product pages, or that the point totals on the product pages were inaccurate?

    Please also keep in mind that some sets are not available for CYS.
