Sims 3 Store Content keeps uninstalling.
Game is updated fully to Patch 1.69, all EPs + SPs installed, though currently only running Base Game + World Adventures.

Sorry to hear that you have run into this issue with the game.
Could you please try the following:
2. Restart your computer
3. Start Origin with Admin rights (right click Origin shortcut, select Properties, select Compatibility tab, check the box at the bottom under Privilege Level where it says Run this Program as an administrator, click Apply and OK).
4. Check the launcher for the expansions/packs
