Sims 3 Store Content Won't Download
Hello!
I have a little problem with the Sims 3 store. I was trying to download "Practical Children's Curls" which is a free item if you have the Ambitions expansion pack. However, most of the time the download button doesn't work and when it does work, the Sims 3 Launcher tells me I do not own this content. I have tried downloading in Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer but it just won't work. If it helps, I have all the expansion packs and a few stuff packs as well. I also have a lot of store content and a few cc items (but no bad cc as far as I know). The Sims 3 is running on the latest patch you could get without Origin (so 1.67). I have already tried deleting cache files but nothing seems to work. This is the Log file:

I never had problems with downloading store content before and I do not remember doing anything drastic with my Sims 3 game that could've changed something. Can anybody help me out?
The item you're looking for is part of the Ultimate Career Bundle that you receive when you register Ambitions with the store. I downloaded this bundle without issue about a week ago, using Firefox, and I'm on patch 1.67 from a Steam install. When you sign in at the store, does your page reflect that you own the EP? (Look on the left-hand side for a list of packs that the site thinks you own.) If not, but you've registered the pack, check your Origin library to see if it's listed there. If you don't see it, you should contact EA for help with your account.
Firefox is the recommended browser for downloading from the store and exchange, so it might be useful to use it instead. If the pack is registered to you but you still can't download, try clearing all of your browser caches, including the one for Explorer. You could also try changing your password and then login again.

If you're still having trouble, drag your entire TS3 folder out of Documents to the desktop and rename it. Then launch the game; a new, clean folder will spawn with no content added to it. Try downloading to that folder. If it works, you can transfer your old content to this new folder afterwards.
Just a note, sometimes the store site doesn't work for a couple of hours or even a day. Nobody knows why, but it usually fixes itself eventually.
